Custom orders require varying processing times, depending on the complexity and details of the product.

Shipping Times

We offer free worldwide standard shipping to eligible countries (see the list below). The estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom (UK): 3–10 business days*
  • Europe: 1–2 weeks*
  • United States (USA): 3–10 business days*
  • Middle East: 3 weeks*
  • Central Asia: 3 weeks*
  • Australia & New Zealand: 1–2 weeks*
  • South America: 1–3 weeks*

*Delivery times are estimates based on recent shipments and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or courier issues may affect delivery. Refunds will not be granted for delays beyond the estimated timeframe.


Shipping Taxes and Duties

  • For shipments to the United States, European Union (EU), Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand:
    All taxes and duties are already included in the shipping cost.
    Note: No additional fees will be charged at the time of delivery.

  • For other countries:
    Any applicable import taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the recipient, as per local customs regulations.
