Our policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
To be able to make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Software products that can be downloaded
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or with parts missing, not being due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not

Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your merchandise for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We'll automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within a few days.
Late or missing refund.
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be made.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. You will receive a gift card in the mail when we receive returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who made the purchase sent the item to themselves to deliver to you in person, we will send a refund to those who gave the gift, and that person will know that you requested the return. Send us an email to request the drop-off location of one of our stores. You will be responsible for paying the freight cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary. If you are going to ship a product over $75, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
